Soap Making (Beginning Cold Process)

This class is designed to teach students how to make soap by hand at home with the focus on the cold process method. After learning safety, students will be taught how to formulate recipes by using a lye calculator. The objective is for students to learn saponification values and be comfortable making soap recipes at home. Instructor will demonstrate by making cold process soap. Attendees will take home a bar of soap.
