Phlebotomy (Summit) – Fall 2024

July 16 – September 17, 2024

Class meets from 3:30 pm-7:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 40 hours classroom training plus 3 weeks of clinicals (100+ hours) with Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center.

Course fee is $500 (includes textbook/workbook, scrubs, drug test, background check, liability insurance and the ASCP Phlebotomy Certification exam).

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Provide driver’s license or state ID
  • High school graduate (transcript required)
  • Minimum 16 on ACT or Silver on ACT WorkKeys
  • Proof of Hep-B Vaccination
  • Negative TB test
  • Pass a drug test
  • Pass a criminal background check
