Food Manager’s Course (Servsafe)

We offer ServSafe Manager classes that will teach:

  • Basic Food Safety
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Cross-contamination & Allergens
  • Time & Temperature
  • Cleaning & Sanitation

Upon successful completion of the class and examination, a certificate will be issued by the National Restaurant Association that is good for 5 years.

Mondays, July 15 (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) and July 22 (4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)

Monday, August 19, 2024 (8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.)

Mondays, September 16 (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) and September 23, 2024 (4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)

Monday, October 21, 2024 (8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.)

Mondays, November 18 (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) and November 25, 2024 (4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)

Monday, December 9, 2024 (8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.)
