We offer ServSafe Manager classes that will teach:
- Basic Food Safety
- Personal Hygiene
- Cross-contamination & Allergens
- Time & Temperature
- Cleaning & Sanitation
Upon successful completion of the class and examination, a certificate will be issued by the National Restaurant Association that is good for 5 years.
